A cheese made from freshly milked whole cow’s milk with a sweet flavour, a very soft consistency and a practically non-existent rind, very white to the eye. Lactic hints and a pleasant freshness on the nose characterise this tometta, whose flavour goes well with white wines with a nice savouriness.
The product is in a standard size between 400 and 500g.
