Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo
Terroir: Morainic franc sandy origin.
Training system: Caremese pergola and Guyot espalier.
Harvest: Second half of October.
Vinification: Manual harvesting of grapes, fermentation in temperature-controlled wooden vats. This is followed by racking and malo-lactic fermentation. Aged a minimum of 12 months in vats or wooden barrels.
Sight: Garnet red.
Nose: Intense hints of violet, rose, cherry, vanilla coffee and spices.
Taste: Structured, fresh thanks to balanced acidity, fruity and spicy. Elegant and round tannins.
